Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, or extra cheese
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until evenly combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle it with olive oil. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Transfer the cooked patties to a plate and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on buns, adding your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
