Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- Pretzels (for antlers)
- Olives (for eyes)
- Carrot (for nose)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing mix, and chopped green onions. Mix until well blended and creamy.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and place it on a serving platter.
- Press the chopped nuts onto the surface of the cheese ball to mimic reindeer fur.
- Insert pretzels into the top as antlers, and creatively place olives for eyes and a carrot piece for the nose.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened for easy blending. Feel free to get creative with additional ingredients such as chopped bell peppers or spices for extra flavor!
