Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken cubes into the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated thoroughly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, spacing them out neatly.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice char marks.

Notes

For even more flavor, marinate the chicken for a couple of hours or overnight. If using wooden skewers, soak them beforehand to prevent burning.
