Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the chicken cubes into the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated thoroughly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, spacing them out neatly.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice char marks.
- Serve hot and enjoy your flavor-filled skewers!
Notes
For even more flavor, marinate the chicken for a couple of hours or overnight. If using wooden skewers, soak them beforehand to prevent burning.
