Ingredients
- 1 egg white wrap
- 2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese
- Pinch black pepper (optional)
- Pinch garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low to medium.
- Sprinkle Parmesan in a thin circle the size of the wrap.
- Place the egg white wrap on top and press gently.
- Cook 1–2 minutes until the cheese turns lacy and golden.
- Flip carefully, add filling on the wrap side, fold, and warm 30–60 seconds.
- Serve immediately.
