Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta of choice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the pasta and pour in the milk, then combine well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10-12 minutes, or until pasta is tender and milk thickens.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For a lactose-free option, substitute milk with non-dairy alternatives. Add lemon juice for a fresh burst of flavor.
