Description

A rich and creamy garlic pasta dish that’s quick to prepare in just one pot.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the pasta and pour in the milk, then combine well.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10-12 minutes, or until pasta is tender and milk thickens.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
