Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper; mix until smooth.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture generously over each chicken breast.
  5. Place the coated chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Notes

For a crispier exterior, broil for a few minutes at the end. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
