Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper; mix until smooth.
- Spread the creamy mixture generously over each chicken breast.
- Place the coated chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a crispier exterior, broil for a few minutes at the end. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
