Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, seasoning it with salt, pepper, and optional garlic or onion powder until fully cooked.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, green beans, and cream of mushroom soup, mixing until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the shredded cheddar cheese generously on top of the beef mixture.
- Arrange the tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
