Garlic Butter Roasted Cauliflower

Description

A delicious side dish of roasted cauliflower tossed in garlic butter, caramelized until golden, and garnished with fresh parsley.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the melted butter and minced garlic together until evenly combined.
  3. Place the cauliflower florets on a rimmed baking sheet. Pour the garlic butter over them and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat every floret.
  4. Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer so pieces roast instead of steam.
  5. Roast for about 25–30 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the florets are golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top before serving.

Notes

For a vegan option, use olive oil instead of butter and add a pinch of smoked paprika for richness. A squeeze of lemon can enhance the flavor.
