  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb Cajun sausage or Andouille sausage
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Cajun seasoning to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the Cajun sausage, cooking until browned and fragrant.
