Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger until combined.
- Pour this delicious mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Add a dash of salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken right in the sauce.
