Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In your Crock Pot, combine the shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and dried basil and oregano.
