Ingredients
- 1 can of crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), and grease or line a mini muffin tin.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half.
- Press each dough triangle gently into the muffin cups.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling into each dough cup.
- Top each filled cup with approximately 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- If using, sprinkle chopped pecans or orange zest on top.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
