- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup pancake mix
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Stir in the pancake mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small donut hole shapes using your hands.
- Place the donut holes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
