Description

A creamy and comforting White Chicken Chili made with shredded chicken, cream cheese, and spices for a rich flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shredded chicken
  • 1 can cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 can green chilies (4 oz)
  • 1 can corn (15 oz), drained
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large pot or slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, green chilies, corn, chicken broth, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. For the stove top, bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it’s heated through and creamy. If using a slow cooker, set it on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
