A creamy and comforting White Chicken Chili made with shredded chicken, cream cheese, and spices for a rich flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shredded chicken
- 1 can cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 can green chilies (4 oz)
- 1 can corn (15 oz), drained
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot or slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, green chilies, corn, chicken broth, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- For the stove top, bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it’s heated through and creamy. If using a slow cooker, set it on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious White Chicken Chili!
