Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: sliced bananas, berries, nut butter, chia seeds
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, chocolate protein powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir well until all ingredients are nicely mixed.
- Divide the mixture into mason jars or any containers with lids.
- Refrigerate overnight for the best flavor and texture.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir and add your favorite toppings before serving.
