Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups sugar cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar cookie dough balls


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Gently fold in the sugar cookie dough balls until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
