Ingredients

  • 10 oz package Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz jar Artichoke Hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press each wonton wrapper into the cups of a muffin tin and spray with cooking spray. Bake for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and minced garlic until fully combined.
  4. Fill each baked wonton cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  5. Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For lighter options, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. These cups can be made ahead and stored in the fridge or frozen for later use.
