Ingredients
- Slider buns
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons butter (for brushing)
- Optional toppings: ranch dressing, celery sticks, or blue cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce.
- Slice the slider buns in half and lay the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Fill each bun with the buffalo chicken mixture and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Place the top halves of the buns on each filled section.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm with optional toppings.
Notes
For a shortcut, use rotisserie chicken or mix cheeses for richer flavor.
