Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter (cut into pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain well.
  2. In the slow cooker, combine the cooked macaroni with the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, evaporated milk, regular milk, butter, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Gently stir until well combined and cheese starts to melt.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally until creamy.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
