Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 8 oz pasta (e.g., rotini or penne)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. In your slow cooker, combine the diced chicken, pasta, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, diced onion, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir everything together until well mixed.
