Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 8 oz pasta (e.g., rotini or penne)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In your slow cooker, combine the diced chicken, pasta, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, diced onion, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Stir everything together until well mixed.
- Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set it to cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- If using, stir in the shredded cheese about 10 minutes before serving.
