Description

A warm, gooey protein cookie that is perfect for a quick snack or post-workout fuel, packed with 30 grams of protein per serving.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oat flour (substitute with all-purpose or almond flour)
  • 1-2 tablespoons non-dairy milk (1 tablespoon to start)
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or your choice of liquid sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Shape the cookie dough on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.

Notes
