A warm, gooey protein cookie that is perfect for a quick snack or post-workout fuel, packed with 30 grams of protein per serving.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oat flour (substitute with all-purpose or almond flour)
- 1-2 tablespoons non-dairy milk (1 tablespoon to start)
- 2 tablespoons protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or your choice of liquid sweetener
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Mix until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Shape the cookie dough on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
Notes
For best flavor, use high-quality protein powder and nut butter. Adjust sweetness as desired.
