Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until nicely browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add the diced onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until tender and aromatic.

- Incorporate the diced potatoes and chicken broth, bringing everything to a hearty boil.
