Ingredients

Instructions
- Add the leafy greens and half a banana to the blender to form the green base.
- Add the apple for natural sweetness and a little body.
- Pour in almond milk to control thickness.

Notes
Wash greens and apple well. Increase almond milk to 3/4 cup for a creamier smoothie. Add a scoop of protein powder or Greek yogurt for more protein.
