A refreshing no-bake dessert filled with cream cheese and peppermint, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)
- Whipped cream (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the crushed peppermint candies.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes to set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and extra peppermint candies.
Notes
For extra minty flavor, use peppermint extract instead of vanilla. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to five days or freeze individual slices for longer storage.
