Creamy overnight oats with almond milk, floral notes of orange blossom, and a crunchy texture from pistachios.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Almond milk
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup (use maple for vegan)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp Water, orange blossom (orange blossom water)
- Fresh orange segments for topping
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together almond milk, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, salt, and vanilla extract until the mixture is even and the sweetener has dissolved.
- Stir in the chopped pistachios and orange blossom water until evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
- When ready to eat, stir the oats and serve in bowls or jars, topped with fresh orange segments and reserved pistachios. Enjoy!
Notes
Use rolled oats for the best texture; substitute with chopped almonds or walnuts if pistachios are unavailable.
