Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Coat each chicken breast with olive oil and then dip it into the Parmesan mixture, ensuring it is fully covered.
- On a large baking sheet, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread them out in a single layer.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on top of the potatoes.
- Arrange the trimmed green beans on the sheet, drizzling them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
