A charming and easy-to-make no-bake dessert that captures the essence of fresh bananas in a creamy, wholesome tart.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings of choice (nuts, seeds, or additional fruit)

Instructions

  1. Mash 2 of the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to create a crust.
  3. Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of a tart pan for an even layer.
  4. Pour the mashed bananas onto the crust and spread it out evenly.
  5. Slice the remaining banana and arrange the slices on top of the tart.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Top with nuts, seeds, or additional fruit before serving.

Notes

For added creaminess, consider adding a splash of coconut cream when mashing the bananas. Adjust maple syrup for sweetness if desired.
