Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.

- Reintroduce the chicken, making sure it’s well-coated in the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the chicken through.
