Description
A playful twist on classic marshmallow cereal squares, made with Lucky Charms and dipped in green white chocolate for a festive touch.
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp butter (plus extra to butter the pan)
- 1 1/2 bags mini marshmallows (15 oz bags)
- 6 cups Lucky Charms Cereal
- 1 bag white chocolate chips (12 oz)
- 4 drops green food coloring
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with a thin layer of extra butter.
- Melt the butter in a large microwave-safe bowl for 20-30 seconds.
- Add mini marshmallows to the melted butter and toss to coat.
- Melt the marshmallows in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Fold in the Lucky Charms cereal carefully until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into the greased pan and press evenly to compact.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Cut into squares and prepare the dip by melting the white chocolate and adding green food coloring.
- Dip the bottoms of each treat into the green chocolate and set bottom-side up to cool.
- Enjoy once the chocolate has hardened.
Notes
For dairy-free, substitute coconut oil for butter and vegan white chocolate for the candy coating. Work quickly as marshmallow sets fast.
