Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned and crumbly.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger powder; mix well.
  4. Add the diced bell pepper and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
