Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground chicken and cook until browned and crumbly.
- Stir in the soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger powder; mix well.
- Add the diced bell pepper and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, and garnish with sliced green onions.

Adjust the sriracha amount based on your spice tolerance. It pairs well with cauliflower rice, salads, or in lettuce wraps.
