  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste for spice level)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped (any color)
  • 1 green onion, sliced for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Introduce the ground chicken into the skillet, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and sriracha, then toss in the chopped bell pepper.
  5. Allow everything to cook for an additional 5 minutes, letting the bell pepper soften.
  6. Season your dish with salt and pepper as desired.
