Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste for spice level)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped (any color)
- 1 green onion, sliced for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Introduce the ground chicken into the skillet, cooking until browned.
- Stir in the soy sauce and sriracha, then toss in the chopped bell pepper.
- Allow everything to cook for an additional 5 minutes, letting the bell pepper soften.
- Season your dish with salt and pepper as desired.
- Serve hot, topped with the sliced green onion.
Notes
