  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked meatballs (beef or turkey)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened and fragrant.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a gentle boil.
  3. Stir in the uncooked pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
