Description

Italian Grinder Sliders are warm, cheesy, and perfectly seasoned bites stuffed with deli meats, nestled between soft slider rolls—simple preparation and crowd-pleasing appeal.

Ingredients

  • Slider rolls
  • Deli meats (salami, ham, turkey)
  • Provolone cheese
  • Butter
  • Italian seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Banana or bell peppers
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer your choice of deli meats generously over the bottom halves, followed by slices of provolone cheese.
  4. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Brush the buttery mixture evenly over the assembled sliders.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls onto the sliders and brush again with the butter mixture.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top for added flavor.
  8. Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
  9. If desired, add sliced peppers, lettuce, and tomatoes before serving.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy the flavorful bites!

Notes

For extra flavor, let the butter mixture absorb the seasonings for a few minutes before brushing it onto the sliders. If you prefer a crispy top, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
