  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar or Erythritol
  • 2 tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips or Broken-Up Chocolate


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese or coconut butter and the butter. Beat them together until creamy.
  2. Gradually incorporate the powdered sugar or erythritol and instant coffee, mixing until everything is well blended and smooth.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips until fully combined.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, scoop out teaspoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
  6. Place the formed truffles back into the refrigerator to set for another 30 minutes.
