Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken tenders dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
  2. Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Add chicken tenders in a single layer and sear for about 3-4 minutes until golden.
  4. Flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Push the chicken to the side, lower heat to medium-low, and add minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
  6. Pour in honey and stir gently, simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens into a glaze.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning; serve immediately.
