Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 flatbread or naan
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Optional: Ranch dressing for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the flatbread.
- Generously sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
