Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and nut butter. Stir until well coated.
- Add honey or maple syrup to the mixture, stirring until evenly mixed.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Press the mixture firmly into the dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, lift the bars out of the pan and cut into squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze wrapped individually for up to three months. Defrost before enjoying.
