- 1 package frozen hashbrowns (30 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)

- Cornflakes or potato chips for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen hashbrowns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, melted butter, chopped onion (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
