- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Crackers or bread for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, antipasto mix, fresh herbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until the ingredients are well blended and you achieve a creamy consistency.
- Place the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and gently form it into a log shape.
- Wrap the log tightly with the plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours or until it firms up.
