Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Coat the chicken breasts evenly with lemon pepper seasoning.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Sear the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the garlic butter sauce over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
