Description

Easy and healthy turkey burgers that are quick to prepare and packed with flavor, making them perfect for weeknight dinners or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for stovetop
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix everything together until well blended.
  3. Form the mixture into evenly sized patties.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of cooking oil.
  5. Cook the patties in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Serve the turkey burgers on buns with lettuce, tomato, and any other toppings you love.

Notes

For juicier burgers, don’t overmix the meat mixture. You can use ground chicken as a substitute for turkey, and feel free to get creative with toppings and seasonings!
