Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for stovetop
- Burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything together until well blended.
- Form the mixture into evenly sized patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of cooking oil.
- Cook the patties in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve the turkey burgers on buns with lettuce, tomato, and any other toppings you love.
Notes
For juicier burgers, don’t overmix the meat mixture. You can use ground chicken as a substitute for turkey, and feel free to get creative with toppings and seasonings!
