Description

A refreshing salad combining crisp cucumbers and grated carrots with a light dressing, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
