This Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is a comforting dish that combines layers of cheese ravioli, savory meat sauce, and gooey cheese, perfect for busy weeknights or entertaining.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
- 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the excess fat.
- Stir in the pasta sauce along with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly grease your slow cooker and layer a thin layer of meat sauce at the bottom.
- Layer half of the frozen cheese ravioli over the sauce.
- Top with half of the remaining meat sauce and sprinkle half of each cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers once more, finishing with a generous layer of cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Consider adding sautéed onions or bell peppers for additional flavor. Fresh herbs like basil or parsley can be added just before serving.
