Description

This Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is a comforting dish that combines layers of cheese ravioli, savory meat sauce, and gooey cheese, perfect for busy weeknights or entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the excess fat.
  2. Stir in the pasta sauce along with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Lightly grease your slow cooker and layer a thin layer of meat sauce at the bottom.
  4. Layer half of the frozen cheese ravioli over the sauce.
  5. Top with half of the remaining meat sauce and sprinkle half of each cheese on top.
  6. Repeat the layers once more, finishing with a generous layer of cheese on top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours until heated through and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Consider adding sautéed onions or bell peppers for additional flavor. Fresh herbs like basil or parsley can be added just before serving.
