Ingredients
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 2 cups of cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the chicken broth, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, frozen mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to incorporate everything evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cut the biscuit dough into quarters and drop them on top of the chicken mixture in the slow cooker.
- Cover again and cook until the biscuits are fluffy and cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or frozen for up to 3 months.
