A delicious and easy Crock Pot Angel Chicken recipe with a creamy sauce, perfect for busy weeknights and family gatherings.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package of Italian dressing mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crock pot.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, cream cheese, and chicken broth. Stir until well combined and pour over the chicken breasts.
- Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is fork-tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it in the creamy sauce and serve over the cooked angel hair pasta. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
Notes
For a variation, you can use cream of mushroom soup or gluten-free pasta. Add vegetables for extra nutrition.
