Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Start by melting the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Toss in the mushrooms and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they’re tender and browned.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and combines well.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley right before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine after sautéing the garlic. Freshly grated Parmesan yields the best results.
