Ingredients

  • Jumbo pasta shells
  • Mushrooms, chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Cream cheese
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cream or milk
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, sauté the chopped mushrooms and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed mushrooms, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  5. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the garlic mushroom filling.
  6. Pour a layer of cream or milk in a baking dish, then place the stuffed shells on top.
  7. Drizzle more cream or milk over the shells and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Allow leftovers to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container. They can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
