Ingredients
- Jumbo pasta shells
- Mushrooms, chopped
- Garlic, minced
- Cream cheese
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cream or milk
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté the chopped mushrooms and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed mushrooms, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the garlic mushroom filling.
- Pour a layer of cream or milk in a baking dish, then place the stuffed shells on top.
- Drizzle more cream or milk over the shells and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
