Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (like chives or parsley), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water) for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into rectangles.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, feta, cranberries, herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the cheese mixture over each puff pastry rectangle.
- Roll up each rectangle tightly and slice it into pinwheels.
- Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush them with egg wash, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For the best results, use high-quality butter puff pastry. Thaw it in the refrigerator overnight for better handling.
