Description

Delightful bite-sized treats combining flaky crescent dough, creamy brie, and sweet-tart cranberry sauce. Perfect for celebrations and gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 8 ounces of brie cheese
  • 1 cup of cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup of orange juice
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of orange zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into squares that fit snugly into your muffin tin.
  3. Gently place the dough squares into a greased muffin tin.
  4. Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and place one piece in each dough cup.
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, sugar, and orange zest. Stir until warmed through.
  6. Spoon the warm cranberry mixture over the brie in each cup.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, add chopped nuts to the cranberry mixture. Adjust sugar based on tartness of the cranberry sauce for flavor balance.
