A festive, no-bake charcuterie board shaped like a Christmas tree, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
- 10 fresh Rosemary sprigs
- 1 celery stalk
- Red, green, and black seedless grapes (clipped into small clusters)
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar (cut into ¾-inch squares)
- 4 ounces Monterey Jack (cut into ¾-inch squares)
- 4 ounces mild or medium cheddar (cut into ¾-inch squares)
- ½ cup fresh cranberries
- 1–2 star fruits (sliced) or thin apple slices
- 1 cup assorted nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
- 1 green kiwi fruit (sliced)
Instructions
- Arrange rosemary sprigs to outline a tree shape.
- Lay the celery stalk vertically at the bottom center as the trunk.
- Create alternating rows of cheese squares and grapes, starting from the bottom row.
- Arrange kiwi slices in a small triangle near the top.
- Place star fruit or apple slice at the top as the star.
- Scatter cranberries and nuts as ornaments.
- Chill the board for up to 4 hours before serving.
