Description

A festive, no-bake charcuterie board shaped like a Christmas tree, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 10 fresh Rosemary sprigs
  • 1 celery stalk
  • Red, green, and black seedless grapes (clipped into small clusters)
  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar (cut into ¾-inch squares)
  • 4 ounces Monterey Jack (cut into ¾-inch squares)
  • 4 ounces mild or medium cheddar (cut into ¾-inch squares)
  • ½ cup fresh cranberries
  • 12 star fruits (sliced) or thin apple slices
  • 1 cup assorted nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
  • 1 green kiwi fruit (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Arrange rosemary sprigs to outline a tree shape.
  2. Lay the celery stalk vertically at the bottom center as the trunk.
  3. Create alternating rows of cheese squares and grapes, starting from the bottom row.
  4. Arrange kiwi slices in a small triangle near the top.
  5. Place star fruit or apple slice at the top as the star.
  6. Scatter cranberries and nuts as ornaments.
  7. Chill the board for up to 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, swap cheeses for firm, plant-based alternatives.
